Overview

Pisang Peak (6091 m) lies in the world famous trekking route of Annapurna Circuit. The main trail to the Pisang peak goes off the beaten track from Upper Pisang village through sparse wood and pastures with great views of the valley and surroundings high mountains leading to a Kharka / Pisang Peak Base Camp at 4380 m. A faint trail continues on the open hillside following the ridge and reaches at 5400 m which is high camp of the peak. Above a well-defined ridge, which is very technical and hard, finally reach to the top of the peak that provides great views of the Annapurna and Manaslu mountain ranges. The peak is technically challenging and it is a great choice for physically fit trekkers with basic climbing skills who want to experience climbing in Nepal's Himalayas.  Our climbing guide also teaches some basic climbing techniques to trekkers that are mandatory to climb this peak before heading off for the summit.

Day 19: Fly to Pokhara and you can take same day flight / drive to Kathmandu or Stay in Pokhara
